Fascia, Soffits and Gutter Replacement in Mansfield

This project was located in Berry Hill, Mansfield. After we completed the landscaping on this property the next stage was to replaced the fascia, soffits and guttering along with the gable end cladding. We discussed with the customer about colours and they decided to go with white soffit, black fascia, black gutter and white cladding, all the old fascia soffit and gutter was removed and replaced. We removed the cement from the gable ends and installed continuous dry verge which is now maintenance free, including installing gutter guard with the amount of trees and bushes around to prevent them from getting blocked, we removed the cladding re felted and installed new hollow cladding. Once the window was sanded back and re painted we picture framed the window in black to give a nice contrast.

The patio doors where pretty heavy to open and shut hand with the sun on that side of the house through the summer time it made sense to install nice new bi-folding doors as that’s the main entrance to the back garden, we finished off installing trellis to the side wall for them to grow their plants and tidy the wall up.
